It was an honor to design something special for many. Michaelene and I experienced cancer personally. We met after our battles were fought; But it brought us together in a unique way and, at the same time, strengthened our friendship. We learned from the design of this pattern that, although our individual types of cancer were very different, the color of the support is the same – turquoise / blue-green. We also lose loved ones and close friends from cancer. We dedicate this standard to them. We dedicate it to those who are still fighting.
