R – line
chain – ch
sl st – slip point
sc – simple crochet
dc – double crochet
inc – increase (2 bp at one point)
dec – decrease (2 sc together)
[…] – number of points that must be at the end of the line
(…) – repeat the number of square brackets, regardless of the number
